Payment
All rentals must be paid prior to receiving shipment
Refunds and Credits
No Refuncds or Credits for unused equipment. We charge for time out, not for time used.
Delivery
All equipment delivered will be assessed a freight charge. This charge will be based on weight and distance. The minimum charge for a local delivery (3 miles from our store) is $45.00 for any order under 500 pounds.
Any order over 500 pounds are assessed a charge of $9.00 per 100 pounds.
Cleaning
With the exception of linen, which may be returned soiled, all other equipment MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN. A cleaning fee equal to twice the rental charge will be addd for rquipment returned dirty.
